Olympic Swimming Competition (Or At Least We Thought So)
The grandchildren had no idea how competitive their parents were until they watched us battle each other for ping pong balls in the swimming pool. Perhaps they thought these games were just for fun. The grown-ups quickly showed them that we were out for blood....Jeff and Kevin threw Tracey in the pool; Jeff attempted to take Edison down in the planter full of rocks; Kevin lost his bucket of ping pong balls to the skill and accuracy of Tracey's kicking technique and we never did find out who won the game. It was a free for all of fun and after the kids worked through the trauma of watching their parents battle it out, everyone agreed that it was the perfect family reunion activity.
